We started Marrone because property owners kept telling us the same thing: they loved the income from Airbnb, but not the work. So we built a service that takes it off their plate, without making them feel like just another listing on a spreadsheet.

Our story

Marrone began when its founder realised there was a gap between the big overseas management chains and the Auckland owner who just wanted their place looked after properly. Too corporate on one side, too DIY on the other. We sit in the middle — local, hands-on, and accountable.

We’re a small team by design. It lets us stay close to every property, every guest, and every owner. You’ll know who’s answering your emails, who’s in your home, and who to call when something needs attention.
